I am almost at a loss for words when it comes to describing Eric and his work. He is a true magician and the clearest channel I have encountered in a long time. Without knowing much about me, Eric was able to deliver messages and healing in ways that practitioners who have known me for years could not. What unfolded was nothing short of miraculous. Incredible! I had the privilege of doing a 'breathtaking' Breathwork session with Eric! He had a way of making me feel like we were warmly sitting together, even though it was done via video chat. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. At first, I had some difficulty with my rhythm, but Eric patiently guided me through every step until I got the hang of it. I enjoyed the ebbs and flows of this session, I experienced sensations that were new to me. Afterwards, it was like I was walking on clouds, I felt reborn! I began working with Eric after a reading we did together that was very accurate.  After that I began a 3-month coaching program after I moved out of my house of 25 years with my soon to be ex-wife.  Through various modalities, Shaman Eric has guided/worked with/allowed me to recognize and move through some old “stuff” that I did not know existed.  The work has been very cathartic and rewarding.    I have obtained awareness that has helped me be ok with myself and developed tools to assist me moving forward.  The 3-month program was so successful for me, Eric developed a 6-month program, as a continuation of the 3-month program, of which we are still in the middle of and has been equally successful.

was going through a period of depression A lot of fatigue feeling overwhelmed by small things wanting to self-isolate I felt like I had a lot of emotions wanting to move through but I couldn’t name them or get them to move so they felt kind of stuck And I’m a writer so it was definitely blocking my creativity on that front I had this big idea for a book I wanted to write but I didn’t know where to start I did a three month coaching container with Eric and it was absolutely transformational I think probably the biggest thing we worked on together was learning to honor my emotions I think I had been very hesitant to express my emotions because I didn’t want to seem like I wa “too much” um and Eric really taught me not to push the emotions away or diminish them but to really sit with them especially the darker ones and figure out hey what are you trying to teach me Through working with Eric I was able to really release a lot of old density old traumas that I didn’t even realize were holding me back there was one very old trauma that related to an attempted sexual assault when I was 19 and that came up through a trigger during the time we were working together and actually i didnt even realize i was triggered until eric was kind of like hey are you ok and then the dam kind of broke and we were able to work through it and through that process I had the realization of omg I think I really want to write about this I think this is part of my story I think it’s going in the book which was huge my hope was that through sharing that experience and how I healed it that it would give other people permission to share their own experiences We had also worked on outlining my avatar self which is the version of myself that I wanted to step into and that person was someone who was able to share her story and her voice with confidence and not worry about coming off as too much or worry about being ostraziced or persuected
